Booking & Reservations
Browse our packages, click View Details, and submit the enquiry form on the package page. Our travel expert calls you within 1 business hour to finalise dates and send a payment link.
Yes — every package can be tailored. Send us preferred dates, travellers, hotel category and any special requests via the enquiry form and we’ll send a custom quote.
For peak season (April–June and December–February), book at least 30 days in advance. For shoulder season, 7–14 days is usually fine.
Yes — every confirmed booking includes a downloadable PDF itinerary with day-by-day plan, hotel info, driver contact and emergency numbers.
Payments & Refunds
UPI, Indian debit/credit cards, net-banking and bank transfer. International cards are accepted for select packages — please ask the team.
Yes — most packages can be confirmed with a 25% advance, with the balance due 7 days before the trip start date.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of cancellation approval. The amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
No. The price you see is the final price for inclusions listed. Optional add-ons (e.g. extra activities, premium rooms) are clearly marked.
Travel & Documents
Indian nationals don’t need a permit for most areas (Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg). For restricted areas like Gurez Valley, we arrange the Inner Line Permit on your behalf.
Yes — Kashmir is generally very safe for both solo travellers and families. Our drivers and guides are vetted, and our 24×7 on-trip helpline is always one tap away.
Layer up. Even in summer, evenings can drop to 10°C. In winter, a heavy jacket, thermals, gloves, snow boots and sunglasses are essential.
Only postpaid Indian SIMs work in J&K. We recommend activating one before arrival or asking your hotel about local options.
Cancellations & Changes
Email us or use the cancellation form in your account. Refund amounts depend on how close to the trip start date you cancel — see the Cancellation Policy.
Yes — one-time date change is free if requested 14+ days before your travel date. After that, a small re-booking fee may apply.
Contact us immediately. We’ll help reschedule your stay and transfers — most hotels we partner with offer free rebooking in flight-disruption scenarios.
